Rotation Schedule:
The company provides attractive work rotations depending on experience level:
- 28 Days On / 28 Days Off – Senior Positions
- 56 Days On / 28 Days Off – Junior Positions
An added advantage is that the off-period salary is fully paid, allowing employees to receive income even during their scheduled leave.
Candidate Requirements:
Applicants should possess relevant experience in oil & gas drilling operations, rig maintenance, engineering, or related technical fields. The employer specifically mentions that experience on high-capacity drilling rigs is mandatory, along with prior overseas work experience.
