Mechanical Technician Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be responsible for carrying out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on various mechanical equipment within the fertilizer plant. Daily responsibilities may include:
- Maintenance of turbines, compressors, pumps, blowers, and rotating equipment
- Inspection and servicing of valves, vessels, heat exchangers, and static equipment
- Troubleshooting mechanical failures and identifying root causes
- Equipment alignment, bearing replacement, and mechanical assembly
- Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, P&IDs, isometric drawings, and equipment datasheets
- Supporting plant shutdown and turnaround maintenance activities
- Following Permit to Work (PTW) procedures and company safety standards
- Ensuring all maintenance work complies with HSEQ requirements
- Coordinating with supervisors and maintenance teams to complete scheduled work efficiently
Mechanical Technician Qualification Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (12+3 Years)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Fertilizer plants
