Required Qualification:

Key Responsibilities:
The selected Mechanical Technician will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance to ensure the safe and reliable operation of plant equipment. Daily responsibilities include:
- Carrying out mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting activities in continuous operation plants.
- Installing, removing, and reinstalling pumps and blowers.
- Performing maintenance on various types of valves, vessels, columns, heat exchangers, pipelines, and other static equipment.
- Executing maintenance work independently while following standard maintenance procedures.
- Maintaining rotating equipment and ensuring optimal equipment performance.
- Reading and interpreting isometric drawings, mechanical drawings, and equipment datasheets.
- Inspecting completed work, identifying defects, and taking corrective actions when required.
- Cleaning, preserving, and properly storing dismantled equipment parts during maintenance.
- Safely handling maintenance tools and working at elevated locations using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Following Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards at all times.
- Completing assigned tasks according to standard operating procedures and work instructions.
