- Total Monthly Salary (On Duty): 6,800 AED/QAR
- Total Monthly Salary (Off Duty): 3,200 AED/QAR
2. Lead Electrical Technician (Offshore):
- Basic Salary (Off Duty): 2,200 AED/QAR
- Offshore Allowance: 2,600 AED/QAR
- Total Monthly Salary (On Duty): 4,800 AED/QAR
- Total Monthly Salary (Off Duty): 2,200 AED/QAR
3. Lead Instrument Technician (Offshore):
- Basic Salary (Off Duty): 2,300 AED/QAR

Rotation and Benefits:
The selected candidates will work on a 28 days on-duty and 28 days off-duty rotation cycle. During the offshore working period, employees will receive both their basic salary and offshore allowance. During the off-duty period, only the basic salary will be paid.

Job Requirements:
Candidates applying for these offshore positions must meet the following requirements:
- Previous offshore experience is mandatory.
- Lead-level positions require team management and client coordination experience similar to a foreman role.
- Candidates must possess good English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Willingness to work 12 hours per day and 7 days a week during offshore assignments.
- Ability to attend an online interview conducted through Webex.
