Available Positions:
1). Condition Monitoring Technician:
Candidates should possess a Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering along with at least five years of experience in condition monitoring within the Oil & Gas industry. Experience in vibration analysis, System1, SKF or AMS software is required. Candidates holding Vibration Analyst Category-II certification will have an added advantage.
2). Lifting Supervisor:
Applicants must have a minimum of seven years of Oil & Gas rigging experience, including at least three years in a supervisory role. A valid TUV, BV, or equivalent Lifting Supervisor certification is mandatory. Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging calculations, cranes, and lifting equipment is essential.
3). Mechanical Field Engineer:
Candidates should hold a Diploma or HND in Mechanical Engineering and have seven or more years of maintenance experience in petrochemical or Oil & Gas facilities. Experience with rotating and static equipment, shutdown planning, QA/QC procedures, HSE standards, and SAP or CMMS systems is highly preferred.
Mechanical Technician
Applicants must possess a Diploma or ONC in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of five years of maintenance experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemical plants. Practical knowledge of rotating equipment, static equipment, flange management, hydro testing, and shaft alignment is required.
4). Senior Mechanical Technician:
Candidates with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and seven or more years of maintenance experience are invited to apply. The role requires expertise in rotating equipment alignment, valve maintenance, lifting activities, work pack preparation, and maintenance execution.
5). Workshop Technician:
Applicants should have a Diploma or Technical qualification in Mechanical or Valve Technology along with eight to ten years of valve overhaul and workshop maintenance experience. Knowledge of API and ASME standards, valve testing, and workshop procedures is highly desirable.
6). Operations Support Technician:
Candidates with a Mechanical Technician background and FT-1 certification are eligible. Experience in hose management, valve operations, chemical handling, and plant support activities will be considered an advantage.
7). QA/QC Inspector:
Applicants should hold a Diploma or OND in a relevant engineering discipline with at least ten years of maintenance experience, including two years in QA/QC. Strong understanding of ISO 9001, API, ASME, AWS standards, NDT methods, welding inspection, and quality documentation is essential.
8). Offshore Scaffolding Inspector:
Candidates must have at least eight years of scaffolding experience, including two years as a Scaffolding Inspector. A valid CITB or equivalent certification is mandatory. Previous offshore experience, scaffold inspection knowledge, working-at-height practices, and HSE compliance are required.
General Requirements:
All applicants must have relevant experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery maintenance projects. Good English communication skills are essential. Candidates should also possess the required educational qualifications, technical skills, and certifications applicable to their respective positions.
